Biografia
Joseph Goldstein é o cofundador do centro de meditação Insight Meditation Society em Barre, no Massachusetts, EUA, onde é um dos orientadores residentes. É o autor dos livros One Dharma: The Emerging Western Buddhism; Insight Meditation: The Practice of Freedom, Seeking the Heart of Wisdom; e The Experience of Insight. Dá conferências e orienta retiros por todo o mundo.
